During Holy Week, St. David’s Anglican Church gathers for three quiet midday celebrations of the Holy Eucharist.
These brief services offer space in the middle of the day to step away from noise and enter more deeply into the mystery of Christ’s Passion. Rooted in the liturgies of the Book of Common Prayer, each service includes Scripture, prayer, a short homily, and Holy Communion.
In the solemn days leading to the Triduum, we contemplate:
The self-giving love of Christ
The weight of the Cross
The mercy poured out for the life of the world
These services are simple, reverent, and prayerful — an invitation to slow down, to kneel, and to remember.
All baptized Christians are welcome to receive Holy Communion.
